Your ordered item does not fit or does not meet your expectations? No problem!
We have a 10 day return policy which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. it must not have been worn or used, it must be labeled and returned in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If your return is accepted, we will send you an E-Mail confirmation with all the details.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
Exchange and/or return costs are to be borne by the customer.
You can always contact us with any questions related to returns at email@example.com. The postage for the return will not be covered by The AAA.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and solve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We do not take back hygiene articles (e.g. underwear, bikinis, swim shorts or socks) for obvious reasons.
Surfboards are excluded from the right of return/exchange as well as any terms that have been ordered especially for you.
